The MP for Redcar and Cleveland, Ian Swales, has officially opened CPD Limited’s new office at Wilton Centre.
Speaking at the ribbon-cutting ceremony Ian Swales said: “Huge congratulations to CPD on the opening of its new office. It is always exciting to see local companies expanding and I wish CPD the very best of luck.”
The office expansion coincides with the launch of a new product by CPD – iPlan2. Aimed at providing a complete maintenance software solution giving its users greater control of their maintenance events, iPlan2 is designed to offer maximum productivity and profitability.
CPD Managing Director, Ross Coulman commented: “Last year was a great one for CPD. We started the year being acknowledged by ALERT Disaster Control through the acquisition of our iResponse business.
“We also hired key personnel to support our strategic growth and product road map, which has led to an unprecedented level of interest in our technology products and services on a truly global stage.“
Ross added: “Our office expansion allows us to continue to achieve our strategy and grow our business even more over the next 12 months and beyond.”
CPD is also planning to host another maintenance symposium in 2014 after the success of its event late last year, ‘Effective Maintenance, Planning and Execution’, which attracted over 100 delegates from across the UK.
