Our tenants have access to a range of standard office services incorporated in the rental fees: main reception, 24/7 security, health and safety advice, parking, utilities, maintenance, mail, bistro, restaurant and janitorial services.

Specialised services (for example. mechanical/electrical technicians, laundry, both specialised and confidential waste removal and disposal, catering, accommodation planning, design and alterations) are available separately at competitive rates.
